ESM helps you prevent liability and investigate incidents by giving you the tools necessary to enforce your internal or regulatory policies.

Easy to use

ESM is a web application available via a web server embedded in the Effusia Server. Accessible to authorized users from any computer, it uses the message archive created by the Effusia Server to generate reports.

ESM goes far beyond a simple listing of messages to give you sophisticated reports that keep you in control of your communication system while giving you useful insight into how your organization communicates.

ESM gives you the following reports:

  Find any messages sent or received within the system based on username, content, and date.
• Questionable Content
  Enforce policies by flagging words and phrases in message content.

  Know what files are moving through your system. Filter based on filename, extension, users and size.

  Keep track of how and when your Effusia System is being used.
